Being a Magento Enterprise partner I guess I’m a little biased towards it but I really think it is the best eCommerce platform out there.

Ya Oscommerce is Better than many but Its Too Complicated and Difficult to maintain for Newbies.
Any shopping cart needs to be user friendly But still Powerful enough to handle loads of Products and Traffic as the sales goes up.
