WordPress Google Blog Search Bypass Plugin

Do you miss Technorati?

One of the biggest gripes about Wordpress 2.3 has been the fact that the Technorati Incoming Links on the Admin Dashboard has been replaced with Incoming Links from Google Blog Search. Google Blog Search is terrible at showing the number of new incoming links accurately.

Google Blog Search is currently flawed, and shows all your own posts as incoming links. This is a waste of your productivity, and also means that you must manually check Technorati to see the number of new blog reactions and incoming links your blog is receiving.
